All members are invited to the Bonnet Bay FC Annual General Meeting on Monday 19 October 2026 at The Hangar. Come early from 6:30pm for complimentary nibbles and a catch-up before we get underway at 7:30pm.

We’ll be electing next year’s Committee — President, Senior Vice President, Junior Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and up to six ordinary members. If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved, this is the place to start.
What’s on the Agenda
The AGM is your chance to hear how the club has tracked over the past year, review the financials and have your say on the direction of the club.
- Committee Report and Financial Statement for the year ended 30 September 2026
- Update on the club’s Strategic 5-Year Plan (2024–2029)
- Proposed budget for the year ahead
- Any proposed amendments to the Constitution, Guiding Policies or Code of Conduct
- Life Membership recommendations (if any)
- Election of Office-Bearers, Committee Members and the Oversight & Nominations Panel
- Other business
