  • Growth Mindset

A growth mindset means we are open to new ideas which will help us to develop as coaches, players and people. Developing this outlook is essential if we are to grow. Many people need to work hard to move from fixed views they have developed over many years. This short lesson will help to understand how to make the transition from a FIXED MINDSET to a GROWTH MINDSET

  • Resilience

Resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties - toughness. Resilience is an essential life skill that comes to teh fore we we encounter problems of all types. It comes naturally to some, however anyone can develop resilience if they put their mind to it. resilience

  • Intentionality

Average clubs give their people something to work on .... Great clubs give their people something to work towards. BBFC is intentional in setting its goals then helping its members develop skills which will lay a platform for success of the club and its people

  • Tenacity

Tenacity is the quality displayed by someone who just won't quit — who keeps trying until they reach their goal.. Reaching your potential takes persistence, perseverance, and stubborn determination. Even the most gifted player won't make it to the be the best they can be without tenacity.
